Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition as when it was received.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used detox tea products
- Products with broken or removed safety seals
- Gift cards
- Promotional or clearance items (unless required by Australian Consumer Law)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved:
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval, although the exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Return Shipping
- If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Lulutox Detox Tea Australia will cover the reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if your order meets the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied. Replacement products are subject to stock availability.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
